Follow up months later (hemorrhoids + OCD)

Now my main problems are my external hemerrhoids. I dont take a long time to use the bathroom, I eat a good amount of fiber and drink lots of water. I also soak in the tub for ten minutes a day but for some reason, they arent shrinking.
This is accompanied by a lot of mental distress I have regarding my condition. I repeatedly wipe myself to ensure I am clean. Because of my hemorrhoids, I always doubt that a bath and shower are enough to be properly clean and I have great fears about being unhygenic. Its a compulsion Im trying to work on but as of right now, I cant help but check every time I feel air in the area or anything else. After a bath, I wipe multiple times to make sure my private regions are completely clean.
I would also like to add that most of the time I don’t notice my hemorrhoids, like while using the bathroom. Only while standing in the shower cleaning and after the shower I notice them. So I believe they may subside
I experience a lot of anxiety if I see something in my private regions that makes me believe Im not entirely clean. I wash very well and wipe multiple times to check, and I believe this makes the problem worse. But my compulsion is such that if I dont itll be all I think about. Other accompanying symptoms are acid reflux (worse in the afternoon) and needing to use the restroom very urgently once the desire comes on.

Dr Anuj, if I may.
Ive been taking Causticum and havent experienced any adverse effects from it. But recently Ive been going through a lot of anxiety and misery that has resulted in the following symptoms the last few days
- no appetite but a lot of thirst
- alternating between dia and const.
- needing to use the bathroom for 2-3 hours
- when i get anxious i need to use the bathroom and feel nauseous
- sensations in my hemerrhoids like something is moving
- (also all the same symptoms I mentioned above like the external hemorrhoids and anxiety re: cleaning)
Should I continue with the same prescription.

Sorry Dr Anuj, to bother you again but this keeps on progressing in the most frightful of ways.
I just used the bathroom and cleaned very well (checked twice). When I went to wipe again 1 hour later, I saw soemthing orange and then bright yellow. Upon checking again with a wet tissue, it came clean. But I’m not sure thats happening - whether it’s due to the hems or something else. Please advise.
