DiabetesHas anyone heard of or had any luck with an indian herb by the name of Gymnema Sylvestre? I have been doing lots of reading about it and am liking what I am reading in regards to its blood-sugar lowering characteristics as well as promising benefits for both types of diabetes in regards to insulin production. There are some studies that are even saying there is evidence of beta cell regenaration in type 1 diabetes.
