Chronic Chronic Constipation

Hello, I am studying homeopathic medicine and can not seem to find the right remedy for my mother. She has had chronic constipation ever since she was a child.
1)She has absolutly no urge to go, sometimes it could be 2-3-4 weeks before she can go on her own and when she does it's normal stools(brown, large,not too soft-but not too hard,no major smell, no flatulence,No pain, no pushing to get the stools out, no straining, no itching, no burning, no stomach pains) Her only symptom is extreme bloatedness, but of course that is due to weeks of not going to the bathroom. She usually has to take very strong laxatives to make her go, after she goes all good, but then will not be able to go again for another few weeks.
2)I would say all of her mucus membranes are dry. She is rarely thirsty, so does not drink too much, but if she does it would be cold drinks
3)She does not have any specific food cravings, but would perfere spicy/hot food over sweet or salty
4)Her whole life she was a very chilly person, but now since menopause a very hot person.
5)Her diet is not the best - hence a cause with no proper liquids, but I also think she has no proper peristalis in her intestine and extreme dryness.
6)she does exercise everyday, she is a normal size, not fat or flabby, not thin.
8) She has no fears
9) she has chronic depression and has been on prozac for about 20 years now.
10) she is not a sensitive/weepy person. Maybe she was before the prozac?
11) she does not have any other pains, headaches, health issues, besides the chronic chronic constipation and of course her depression.
13) her mental state is usaully negative/pessimistic, always like to be busy, doing something.
12) her father also has the same constipation issues, so good be hereditary..?

Can you please help?
