chronic constipation

I request any doctor to please advise on my problem:

I am a 40 yrs old married male in a difficult situation both in terms of my profession and private life. Your consideration of my case will be much appreciated by heart.

I have chronic constipation for two and half years. The constipation started with pain around upper left abdomen just in the vicinity of lower rib cage. The pain in the abdomen is gone after two years since it started. However, I pass dry, hard, thin and small pieces of stool. I don’t have urge to pass the stool and therefore, I have to sit for longer time in the toilet to pass the stool. This process has formed a small soft lump and swelling with hardness around the anus (piles). This gives me irritation, itching and pain. I had small bright blood streak on the stool and on the toilet tissue thrice about three months ago but now I have only pain with swelling and small soft lump around the anus. The piles are ouside the anus for three months.

I have been using psyllium husk but now I feel headache by its use and not using anymore. Sometimes I use over the counter stool softener.

Following are the tests done and result came clear. However, blood work shows slightly hypothyroid. The conventional doctor gave me SYNTHYROID but that gave me constant headache so I stopped using it.

CT scan of abdomen
Ultrasound of abdomen
Endoscopy
Chest X-ray
Barrium enema of colon and rectum
stomach emptying test
Blood work

I need your valuable advice about my problem. Thank

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Nux Vomica 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in next few days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
