Burning in soles, diabetes insipidus, psoriasis

My grandpa aged 82 has burning in soles. A few months back he was diagonised and was not found with any diabetes. He is of late developing some some white spots on legs and is also feeling giddy. His BP is 140/90. we have consulted some allopathic and even homeopathic physicians and they have given Ars Alb 30. but no improvement. Kindly suggest a proper remedy.
