This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her three doses of alumina 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a day and see whether it helps her by noting her symptoms for the next 7 days. Please note that the remedy is given only one day and not daily.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 10 minutes before or after taking medicine.

You should give her fiber rich diet like fresh fruits specially apple, papaya, amarud (guava)
Also fresh green leafy vegetable specially spinach as soup, curry etc.
Avoid spicy food, maida items, potato in any form and non-veg.
An ayurvedic preparation Abhayarishta is also good for relieving constipation.
