dandruff problem

hi
i am 21 yrs old suffering from dandruff problem from last 5 yrs, & due to which facing a problem of hair loss also. my scalp is very itchy & dry & flakes also falls and i had taken many allopathy medicines & medicated shampoos for dandruff but still not getting permanent cure . Shampoo's help only to decrease dandruff / itchiness but only for a shorter period therefore i hav to use anti-danruff shampoo on a daily basis

i am using brayta curb 200c & phtolacca dedcendra 200c since last week , should i use it further , & if i need a change medicine then plz guide me .
One thing i would like to know that is it a fungal problem
