Breathing difficulty

2.5 months ago i got hypertension ( which is now under control with allopathic medicines). I had been quite worried about the BP and kept checking BP 2/3 times a day. Looking at me, my wife developed palpitations and breathing difficulty on exertion which doctors said is because of anxiety.

For the last one month, i have also developed breathing difficulty. My cardiologist and pulmonologist checked and found that heart and lungs are fine and this is again due to anxiety.

Can you let me know what I should do? The breathing difficulty is worrying.
