Dear Kuldeep
Just returned from a trip to Britain. While I was in London, went to Nelson pharmacy, bought Kali chlor 30 and aconitum 30. I also have been taking arnica 6x and nux vomica 6 x twice day. Now I am taking all 4 medicines and something is working!! Don't know which one. But soon after taking all 4 I get tingling and twitching in face. Got a terrible headache and massaged my head and around ear. I felt a shift in my ear, and the next morning a slight movement next to my mouth. I can make a tiny dimple. Now I have another headache. I feel the headache when relieved, creates pathway to more nerve feeling returning.
What do you think? I am continuing taking all 4 of these medicines twice a day and massaging my head.

Keep taking the medicine without a break. Headache is due to the activity in the nerves and it will go away in a week or two. When you see singificant improvement only then you experiment with the cocktail. In that case you can skip a medicine alternate day. I alwaays alwasy always use low potency Nux Vomica for any neural problem.
You will be fine very soon.

i realy wish that hughette be able to recover the full movement in his face.
i also have bell';s palsy since 5 years ago, i don't experience any pain, but this is so bothering, i prefer never to laugh since i know that i;m only making a ridiculous if i laugh, i prefer almost not talking, and so on.
i would like to know if causticum could work in a very advanced bell's palsy like is my case.

I am continuing to get beter very slowly. But I have slight movement everywhere in my face, but very slight. I still don not have the feeling that I found the homeopathic med that really makes the difference, but since there is slight improvement I don't really mind. I take the 4 items as a cocktail once a day.
This fellow called "Frustration" has written having had bells palsy for 5 years. Any suggestions for him?

As far as my current symptoms, the main one is a very stiff neck, besides the paralysis. Just mentioning this in case it triggers a thought about a remedy.
Also, since the nux vomica is such low potency, should I take it more often?

Thanks Astra, I think I'll look into some of these. I'll let you know , but you're right. I weigh what Kuldeep intuits highly. I am improving, albeit slowly, but this other fellow who wrote in has no movement for 5 years. It would be great to get him moving again.

Aconite (6C, 30C) works for bells palsy as I've seen its action thrice. For the best result, one should start taking as soon as possible after the attack otherwise there is always danger of permanent nerve damage that may not heal 100%.
One can take Aconite 30C four times a day for 10 days and then causticum 200c one dose.
