This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bellis Perennis 30c in the Wet dose will help to reduce your Ovarian Cysts (OC) . Many patients who presented these Cysts have also reported Endometriosis and you are advised to consult a Gynecologist and diagnose your condition and do a scan to verify the size of your cysts.

You will also get Arnica 30c and use it in the Wet dose to help with the pain and bleeding you are now experiencing. It will also help with your sleep and you will notice this immediately after the first dose.

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops or 5 pellets of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

You will take the 2 remedies with a gap of an hour between each taken twice daily.
It is understood that you will stop all other medication including drugs and Homeopathic remedies before you start this therapy. You will also not consume coffee, all canned or fizzy cola beverages and preserved meats like sausages, ham and bacon. No sugar substitutes.

Please report your response in a week after you commence this therapy. Many who have used it have reported that their pain and bleeding improved considerably within this period.

You may follow the advice of Joe. But as you have provided information in the standard format, i would like to tell you the remedy that is indicated on the basis of your symptoms.
The indicated remedy is Sepia.
Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Let me again tell you that the suggestion made by Joe is an altogether different suggestion and you should not mix up these two suggestions. So you can opt for them one after the other.

thank you both - I appreciate your reply as I live in a remote area and don't have access to a local practitioner.

I understand that each is a different approach to the problem but after reading the profile for sepia I've decided to go that route as it sounds exactly like me (even several characteristics/symptoms that I didn't mention).

I have ordered some and will report back as requested. thanks again!

I should have added - I have had 2 scans in the past year, I just can't recall the exact sizes of the cysts. I don't have endometiosis, I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome)
