I need some advice. For the last 4 weeks I've been feeling kind of sad, depressed, anxious and easily irritated/angry. Since April of 2009 I've been drinking lot of Coffee and Coke, mainly to keep me up during the day. B/c of child care, I couldn't get good night sleep and I needed some caffeine to keep me up. Now that I've started getting good night sleep, I stopped drinking Coffee and Coke. One tea early morning and half a cup of Decaf Coffee.
Do y'all think if it's the sudden stopping of caffeine intake that may be causing the above symptoms? Somebody please help me. I really need help. I do exercise once a week, but that alone is not helping me. Please, any help would be very much appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take a single dose of Nux Vomica 200c for one day (not daily, only one day) and report back after 7 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks for replying. What size pill should I buy? I'm thinking of buying 'Nux Vomica' from 'Washington Homeopathic Products'

I'm about to order Nux Vomica 200c and I was wondering if you needed me to order some other medication as well. Something that may be potentially useful. The store charges a flat shipping rate and I was hoping to stock up any other medication which may be useful if Nux Vomica doesn't work.

and post all the questions here duly answered. On that basis further remedies that you may require may be worked out.
It is very difficult to tell what other remedies may be needed on the basis of information given by you.
