Thanks, Sajjad.

All is well, just busy and also changed the life style too. Changed many things, car - shoes - hairstyle (that nature is doing).

Thanks again for asking.

Kuldeep I have a question.

If you have acne that has erupted and afterwards a scab is present and then this happens over and over again. Isnt the scar caused by the top layer of skin constantly being removed by the eruption and then the same thing happening again. The point i am trying to make is that if the skin has been removed and a scar is the result how does silica improve that by pushing out matter below the scar? Becuase in theory Silica isnt making any new collagen, its only pushing matter out under the scar?
With your friend who was dragged on his face. He would have lost a lot of skin, how then would silica help him if silica doesnt create more collagen?

My friend who lost lots of skin and also he had cut marks. Skin at the side of eye area is gone. Ugliest was a cut scar on the cheek, it gave the impression that he was in some knife fight. Silica took care of that cut mark, it is still there but looks like some bruise. This just happened accidentally. He accompanied me to South India for 40 days. Once a while I gave him Silicea and then we did camping and trekking on the North Bottom of Niligiris. We were drining water from the muddy Moyar river. I did not notice anything upon his face because it happened gradually.

As we got back to our town Punjab and entered in his house, his three sisters were looking at him with their mouths open, his mother also was staring at his face. He jokingly said -- I found a good plastic surgeon in Bangalore.

Ok thanks for getting back to me..
Another question. with your patients, what was the average amount of time it took for them to see good results?

TerryFord last decade
Result is always so slow that you may not even notice it but other who see you after a while may notice it, so take Silicea for long time. Only homemade works on the scars.

Hi!

I am trying desperately to get rid of some atrophic scars on my face. I have scarring on the left side of my face... indents on my cheek closer to my nose. I also have a lot of red marks and brown marks left over from the acne. My skin has large pores and on the surface, it is dry with bumps that wont resolve underneath. I have bumps and clogged pores/ blackheads and my skin looks very rough and relatively unfeminine.
This has taken an enormous tole on my self esteem... especially since I have to look good for my job, as I'm in the public eye.
I ordered silicea 3x from a pharmacy online. I've also read about flouric acid and some folks say it is more effective. I've also read posts on Phyto, Thios, P. Berry, Grahites, and Thuja. Based on my symptoms, what would you suggest? I'm scared to make a home made brew... Thanks

Well, where do I begin? I am 29 year-old female who is still suffering, currently from mild acne. Was cystic acne for 9-years plus. Of course it began at puberty age of 15 or so. Then it progressivly got worse. But aside from hormonal changes I was also sufferring (progressivly got worse) from a lot of stomach aches, constipation etc. due to stressful family issues, which turned into anxiety in general.

In my early 20's before transferring to State college I recieved a homoepathic cleansing treatment internally to clean my system; for that was one of my reasons for my cystic acne. But now I was left with the severe scars on my face. Bad enough I now had to go to college which is supposed to be the most exciting time, wasn't. I was still breaking, esp. before or around my time of the month, but not as often. I have been healthy otherwise.

And then after I graduated in 2004 from college, thankfully, I recieved one laser resurfacing (most painful experience), and 2 fraxel procedures done, of course with a year gap, and 6 month gap between the fraxel treatment. It minimized the scarring but my face is still scarred. I still have minor breakouts, now mainly on my chin, and the side of my face. I also take Doxycycline once a night to maintain my face breakouts. But now I'm left with not only super sensitive skin scarred skin from my past acne, but a slight burn to my face look. It's really affected my life professionally and personal as well. I've never taken accutane because liver risks is not appealing and it's a really strong drug, esp. if I have a sensitive stomach.

There's another possible factor and that is it may be hereditary. The only sibling from my family that had similar acne was my brother but at 16 or so before my ordeal he got into body-building and after that he never broke out again. Of course he has beautiful skin.

As far as my diet, it's very bland filled with lean chicken, turkey, no red meats, grains, fruits and vegetables. I'm really strict about what I eat. So one I need help with getting rid of my existing acne problem and two help with my still existant scarring.

Hi...I just wanted to tell people about my experience with silicea. I read all these posts and didn't see many positive results, but bought boiron 6c pellets anyway. I have mild to moderate acne, usually worse around my period, and I sometimes get cystic, painful ance. I've tried everything I've read from various home treatment forums (ie aspirin masks, ACV, cucumber, egg white mask, lemon juice etc..)and many of the OTC from acne forums.
So, I got the silicea from amazon. I read so many different dosage recommendations and what type of silicea to get on all these forums. So I went with the 6c although this forum recommends 6x. I began taking 2 in the am, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 in the pm. My skin didn't clear up right away, and I thought this would be another failed experiment. After a week, I noticed that no new pimples were forming. By the next week, most of my pimples were scabbed and healing well. I could tolerate looking in the mirror:)

I'd read somewhere to take it until you like the results and then stop? So, I did that. Bad advice. My skin broke out in it's normal PMS cyctic acne plus some small pimples. So, I began taking the Silicea again, figuring if my skin cleared up, I'd know if it were the silicea instead of some other variable (ie new toner or sunny weather). I'm happy to say that it has cleared up again after a week - two weeks. I get the occassional pimple, but it's not even remotely a big deal esp because they're not cystic.
As far as scars, I do have some on my cheeks from the cyctic pimples. I also have the red marks on my skin to remind me of past pimples. I have lots of scars on my hands and arms as I work with emotionally disturbed kids. I haven't seen a difference in scars since beginning silicea. Perhaps it's because I got 'c' instead of 'x'?
Anyway, I just promised myself I'd write a review if it worked...I know it's long but I hope it's helpful. If it stops working, I'll write a follow up. Feel free to copy & paste to other forums that may benefit from this. Good luck in your search for what works for you...Acne is such an awful thing to have

Make Silicea a part of diet. Take aloe juices etc. once a while.

Hi, I don't know anything about homemade silica, but any books I have ever read about homeopathic treatment warn about taking a remedy after the symptoms have gone. i.e. if the symptoms clear - STOP taking the remedy! - otherwise you will trigger a 'proving' which means you will cause the symptoms to return. Afterwards the condition treated will not respond to the same homeopathic remedy, so a different one would need to be used.

Hi Terry,
How are you. I was wondering if you have started making silica at home and whether you see any changes.
Thanks

Dear Girilal,
As you suggested I took Phytolacca Berry 30c (5 globules) for one week every morning (started on May 13) and then once a week a dose on Friday morning. Other days of the week, I continue to take Arnica 30c wet dose morning and evening.. I have found that the one week dose at the start definitely triggered a great response in my skin. I have had just 3 tiny inconspicuous pimples over the course of this past one month. No pain or redness in the pimple as before. It lasts just 24 hours. I am really pleased and will continue with this. You recommended that I continue with the weekly dose of Phytolacca for 4 months. I don’t see much reduction in the color of the brownish blemishes yet. But I use foundation when I have to look my best, and then the skin looks flawless. My chin was the most acne prone area – a new big pimple every week. I felt it was definitely due to approaching menopause. But since the Phytolacca / Arnica combo, I have had just 1 tiny one on my chin which also disappeared fast.

I have also changed my habits – I never touch the acne as I used to. I wash my face with Dove facial cleanser twice a day and use a lot of moisturizer immediately after washing. I truly feel that my skin was breaking out due to moisturizing only one a day. The dryness of the skin was causing more breakouts. I used to have a breakout around period time, but that didn’t happen either. I have been eating all foods as usual – not avoiding anything.

Please tell me if I can try this method on my teenage sons. I read that Phytolacca berry can cause infertility in men later in life. Any truth?

Thks for the advice. Will keep u informed from month to month.

Phytolacca is basically a glandular remedy espacially for women. Its action on pigments may be because it tones or corrects glands.

Phytolacca berry can cause infertility -- it is a news to me but I don't see how it can do it. Berries are used in pies etc for coloring purposes.

Feel free to use it for your sons.

Dear Mr. Kuldeep,

I have keloids on my chest area. Could you recommend a treatment. Is there actually a treatment in homeopathy or cortisone injections are the only painful solution though cosmetic only.

Bets regards,

Kuldeep,

I have noticed that after 2 weeks of using silica the area around my scars has gone a little red and swollen.. is this normal?

Plus, are you still confident that this silica treatment works? Do the patients you see face to face still report good effects from silica AND do you notice it yourself?

'silica the area around my scars has gone a little red and swollen.'

This is a good symptom this only means Silicea is working. I notice is myself as it is mentioned in the beginning of this thread.

Kuldeep,

Can you please answer my second question..

do the patients you see still show good results when you see them?

23dollars last decade
researcher.. I have noticed from your previous posts that you said silica is working.. can you give us a further update on that? its been a few months for you now

23dollars last decade
'do the patients you see still show good results when you see them?'

Of-course all changes are permanent.

girilal last decade
girilal,
If all changes are permanent, then why did someone warn me a few posts above that 'after the symptoms have gone. i.e. if the symptoms clear - STOP taking the remedy! - otherwise you will trigger a 'proving' which means you will cause the symptoms to return. Afterwards the condition treated will not respond to the same homeopathic remedy.'? Is there truth to this with this particular treatment?

Should I taper off the silicea? My skin is much better, but not 'clear.' Acne is still a concern for me. Should I take less/more/same? (I take 3 pellets of boiron 6C silicea three times a day). I've been taking it for at least 2-3 months.

Thanks!
