Decided to post here instead of the other silicea post as this one seems more active.

Well, originally I was disheartened because people were seeing improvements / changes in a few days and I saw nothing.

Well its the morning of day 7 on the homemade silicea made according to Kuldeep's instructions and I am seeing definate changes. I started seeing them yesterday morning but waited a day to ensure my eyes weren't deceiving me.

The very old pitted acne scars may be shallowing slightly (tho Im not sure of this yet, I always wait for something clear and definate to be sure). However, almost all of the red marks are changing. I have 16 very noticeable red marks of varying severity from acne I experienced from 1-5 years ago, some clearly have "unfinished business" whereas some are less severe and flatter. The texture of the worst red marks has changed and layers seem to be peeling (a healing process seems to be active when I have seen no activity in these areas since the acne 1-5 yrs ago).

Another change is that my blackheads have been looking worse, more prominent the last few days. I was hoping they were being pushed out by the silicea. Today I think that has been answered as several of them have turned into small whiteheads.

I am eagerly awaiting knowing how my skin will look in a months time, I will keep posting.

So far my favourite thing about the silicea is that my skin is MUCH less oily. This has been a real problem for me for a long time and if I try to quantify it I would say my skin is around 75% less oily now, which is great :)

I have been taking homemade silica for about nine days. I was hesitant to post because I wasn't seeing much of a difference for about the first six days. Now, I think I am seeing some changes. I hope it is not in my head!!!

The indented scars look less deep and softer around the edges. They seem to be filling in!!!

I hope these improvements continue! I am soooo happy to have found out about silica!!! Thanks, again, Dr. Kuldeep!

Based on the positive results on this forum, I am gonna try this rock juice:) Will give my results in a few weeks.

Where can we get this stuff. There has to be a company that crushes it for you and sells it...anyone??

Hi, I recently satarted suffering from acne, its been about a year, it started when I was 21 and I am now 22. I am female and I get acne on my forehead a little on my nose (mostly blackheads) and my chin, although it is the worst on my chin, the acne on my forehead goes away pretty quickly but on my chin its awfull I am still suffering from a breakout on my chin that started during this past christmas. I was curious if you might know why it seems to be only on my chin or if there is anything to do with where it is.

Thankyou for the reply, I use to get only a couple before my period, never bothered me much, I kind of liked knowing that my period was coming soon and they were small. but about a year ago is when it started happening alot, I never had a problem with my skin before. sometimes I am clear but most of the time I have some on my face, right now its pretty bad, especially the spots left after the acne, (hyperpigmentation). could you please tell me more about spiro, I have just started the B5 you hear about on the net, but am concerned that taking such large amounts might not be a good idea and kind of want something more natural. what is spiro?

How frustrating. I know how you feel, it's not fun. I've never taken B5 due to the scare of the "initial breakout." B5 is a vitamin so it is very natural and more safe than spiro. Spiro has a lot of side effects but I am not yet experiencing any of them, knock on wood. I don't think I am allowed to give links in this forum but if you do an Internet search "acne spiro" you will come up with lots of info. Spironolactone is the full name but you will come up with lots of info just by typing in "spiro acne" too. It is diuretic medication for heart failure, liver disease and high blood pressure. It is known to control hormones and some dermatologists will prescribe it if they feel you have hormone problems. A lot of women swear by it to control hormonal acne but it doesnt seem to work for those who do not have hormonal acne. It is available in the US with a prescription or if you order from a company outside of the US. I wish you the best of luck and will keep you updated on my progress.

Thankyou for reply, I cant really go to the derm or doctor, I dont have insurance and could never afford to pay out of pocket. But I will do the search anyway, sounds good, and the more and more I read about acne and causes I think your right that mine is mostly hormonal, it deffinatly gets alot worse during my time of the month. (sometimes I hate being a girl.) I think I will stick with the B5 for now, I havent had an enitial breakout, course Ive only been doing it for a week, I dont have any side effects either, but I started off slow and worked my way up, I think the side effests are because people dont start off slow. Thankyou, let me know how spiro works, it might be worth it if thats what my problem is, if the B5 doesnt work im going to try the safi and things listed on this thread earlier. well let me know how it goes and I will do the same. Thanks Dr. Kuldeep. I am extremely happy with the results, so far. I have only been taking silica for 13 days. I can't wait to see further results.

Actually, I am seeing some positive results in other areas. Have you ever heard of silica improving circulation and fading spider veins? I am not for sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but it seems like some of my spider veins are fading!!!

I can't believe it, the two things that bother me the most (scars and spider veins) both seem to be responding extremely well to silica!

Anyone else have updates?

wow this silica is some miracle. all of these conditions I hear that are being helped by it. Who would of known drinking dirty water would do that:)

i dont know why im double posting like that. I see others have that problem as well. Im seeing a tiny change in scars already. nothing major. they seem a little smoother and even. I have the crater type acne scars on my cheeks. What would happen If I take too much of this medicine? can I over dose it? Im taking a spoonful 3 times daily.
