Regarding the Hepar sulphur for acne, is the dose 30C or 30X?
Also, could you tell me the measurement of Safi that is appropriate to take each week?

Dear Kuldeep,
This post is to thank you about your discovery of silica. As informed in my earlier post, i was having pus in my feet right under my little toe. I have made silica as per your instructions and am taking a sip around 3 times daily. After only 3 days my pus has dried up and there is no pain whereas before the pain had increased to unbearable levels. I dont treat this as medicine as people in mountains are drinking this water only, so I feel this will not have any repurcussions on my other medicines.

well i ended up on Heapr Sulphur :) well its been a day... but obv no change... coz i know its no magic... but the thing i wanted to know was... all i have to do is take hepar sulphur and safi for now... right? when or do i even have to start silica?

Silica is not really directly indicated for Acne but complications arising due to acne. It may make Acne less painful and easy to drain.

Hi, I'm 20 and have been suffering with Acne for a little over 2 years. It is generally mild or moderate but I have had bad times when it has been cystic. I had been on antiobiotics for about a year, over a year ago, yet they never got me completely clear and made me sensitive to the sun so I went off of them. At one point I though dairy products and the Whey protein supplement I was taking could have been a cause, but I elimanted both for months and saw little to no difference. At times my skin is clear, over the summer it was, although my cheeks were red from the sun. My cheeks are the problem area they always look glossy and shiny even if there is no acne on them. I never felt I had scarring until over this winter when I began megadosing on Vitamin B6 in an attempt to cure my acne. It slows oil production, and made my skin very dry and fragile. I was also dieting and lost quite a bit of bodyfat. I now have many shallow scars on my cheeks, (my problem area) they are generally only visble in certain lighting though. In the morning when I wake I can look in the mirror under any light and usually I seem no scars, generally smooth sometimes slightly uneven skin. However, an hour or two after I wake my scars are visible under certain light, generally dim. My cheecks get oilier throught the day peeking at around 4 pm to 9 pm. I usually go to sleep between 1 and 3 and get about 8 hours a night. Sometimes if I nap in the afternoon my skin continues to look much better the rest of the day. I have recently started taking Silicea 6x from a health food store in order to help with my hyperpigmentation and scars. This is the 4th day and I believe my pigmented spots have faded slightly. Do you think this will be any benefit. Should I go in a different direction?

I am neither against asprin nor a fan of it. Initially asprin was derived from Salix tree bark that's why its other name is salicylic acid but recently it is made artificially.
Asprin is a solvent and I believe it dilutes local mater trapped in the skin area so it could be expelled. I have no experience with asprin but I want people to try it and let us know here. It must be used with low potency Silica.

I am coping another question about Silica;
There is a med called Silica Marina - 6ch, 12CH, 30CH etc. But not available with the store. It is there in the catalogue. Is this the same as what u informed on the river water where sand and rock particles are present.
Once I make the med, do I need to stop the intake of bio-chemic 3x tab.
Pls advise what is the dosage to be taken till I make the silica grade meds.
Also what about silica marina.

Silica Marina is sand from ocean beach or fresh water beach. The sand you find on the banks of rivers. Sand around the ocean beach contains Nat. Muricatum and some more natural sea salts but I have no experience in using it.
Some homeopaths say to take a spoonful of Silica marina to relieve chronic constipation but I dont know if it really works.
As you have seen on this forum many people claimed that homemade Silica is working upon them like magic.
My main purpose of starting the posts about Silica as well as Graphites was to make people aware of these two wonder substances.
I find it difficult to further powder Silica Marina unless I find small pebbles on the beach and I have used those pebbles and milled them, they work fine. When you beat up a piece of rock or pebble it gives you all grades of microscopic powder but if you beat up sand straight I doubt if you will get any further results.
Last year in Bangalore I was staying in hotel and a worker in Hotel has his fingers swollen. I needed Silica and I had no hammer there. From next door construction site I picked few pebbles from sand (I believe it was silica marina, because it came from river bed). I put a tiny pebble on my key and beat it up with my lock and ..
Man was cured in two days.

Regarding the aspirin face mask. Could one use White Willow bark powder, or empty capsules and use powder? I have seen many face masks at health food stores with this in it.
Also wanted to share a great soap that will not irritate your skin if you have acne or any skin problems. It will leave your skin feeling smoothe and clean. Kirkland Castille soap. Everyone in our home uses it and those who have had acne, have no flare ups nor problems with the soap.

All varieties of Willow trees has salicylicates but contents are too low, I know few common varieties like white, black and a willow tree commonly found in India called bottle brush tree, they all has salicylicates. Anyway I really do not know if it will work but I think using Aspirin is better to soft up the scars but one must not use it for long time. I think one or two weeks are enough.
I will tell you another story where I used a willow tree. In Srinagar once a military officer asked me if I know some herbal remedy to relieve arthritic pain. I saw a willow tree growing right where we were at that time. I told the officer to get the bark of the tree and make an herbal tea of the bark. We both had that tea and parted.
Officer had my phone number and next year he got transferred to the city where I was and called me and gave me the news that bark really works on him. He hated allopathic medicine. He said he brought a suitcase full of bark from white willow. I said to him that he can try bottle brush trees bark which was all around the area, and he really used it and said it was even better.
So do any experiment, as long as it is reasonable and as long as you are a wise human being.

I stay in Pune, and with all the high rise bldg u would be lucky enough to find a try, leave alone a willow tree.
What is bottle brush tree. Is it a tall tree and u find thin strands (like threads). I find that on the road side.
U have not said anything about the dose of Silicea 3x biochemic to be taken.
There is a quarry a little bit far from where I live. As it is summer, can I get the powders from the rock quarry and do the process.

Well now its been almost a week on hepar sulphur... and 1 dose of safi... well there is improvement as my pimples have dried... but i still have black heads and white heads breaking out like always.. and few pimples too... so... well the only difference from heapr sulphur is tht it dries the acne... but they still keep coming back... is 1 week early to judge anything? and for how long shld i keep taking hepar sulphur... i know safi shld go for long... so i'll keep up with tht.... plz lemme know for how long shld i take hepar... thanks a lot

Silica 3X will be fine but it will be best if you make some effort to make your own. Perfect results are from home made Silica. Powder from the rock quarry will be fine.

I am a 30 yr old female, weigh 9.7st don't smoke/drink and am fairly fit. My diet consists mainly of fresh veg, fish and poultry and I avoid red meat, sugar and flour based products inc, bread/pasta/biscuits, etc.. I eat little chocolate and try to get regular exercise. Despite my fairly healthy lifestyle, I have suffered with acne since the age of 18 yrs old and am the only member of my family who does. Over the years I have been prescribed both oral and topical antibiotics, the contraceptive pill and was eventually referred to a dematologist. I took roaccutaine for best part of nine months, and for almost a year after the tretment stopped I became free of acne. However for at least the last two years, my acne has returned, with flare-ups lasting up to six weeks at time with just a couple of weeks inbetween of a clear(ish) complexion. As you can imagine after 12 yrs of suffering with this, I am beginning to feel that I am a lost cause! It has affected my confidence and is beginning to have a negative affect on my social life and relationships.
Lately my outbreaks have worsened, and are particularly bad around the mouth and chin. I am fortunate enough to have never had spots on my cheeks, jawline, neck or back, but right now my T-Zone looks like a dot to dot. To make this worse, the skin around the affected areas has become almost as tough and dry as bootleather and looks cracked, scaly and reddened. Chemical Burn mark;
If you have all layers of skin present at the scar area, silica may heal your scars or atleast make it better. It will reopen the scar tissues and drain out the foreign matter. I believe if you use Asprin face mask in parelled with home made silice you have greater chances.
