constipation

I am suffering from Constipation & i could not toilet feeling in the morning, also in last days i have some pilesproblem too can any one suggests how to cure & come out of this

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nat Mur and Alum work great for constipation. But more information is needed in order to determine which remedy would work in a particular case.
