diabetes with menier's

Right now my symptoms are there are no vertigo attacks right now, but there is mild feeling like stting next to a moving train or plain sometimes...like sometimes after eating. I am now taking mtformin 500mg in the night so that i can wake up alert. Eventhough my sugars werent high before like 20 years ealier, i never woke up fresh. Towards evening i used to be active, but in the morning i felt lethargic and sleepy.even now it is the case sometimes. some days i am active to get up and start with excersize, some days very lethargic and sleepy. I also have hirutism and acid reflux. I feel weak and no energy most of the time. after eating i feel uncontrollably sleepy and havee to make an effort to keep my self awake at work.

I forgot to mension there is also constant riging in my left year, hering is clear sometimes in the left ear and sometimes muffled. Right ear hearing is fine but both ears feel closed especially when the sugar levels are dropping like after 3 hours of eating... not too much but at 130 or 120, or lower, which is actually normal, I feel ears closing which is like warning sign for me eat something. then I feel better

Yes. there was grief. since meniers manifested, the result probably was due to grief. but there was grief even before that some unresolved emotions as well. but the metabolic syndrome runs in the family, and as an adolescent i had a happl family. inspite of that there were insecurities, inhibitions . i am an emotional person
