12 week old congestion

I posted yesterday about my 12 week old crying in her sleep when she wakes up. I now believe it is because she is congested. It sounds like loose rattling in her nose/throat and her nose gets stuffed up with white snot. It is not profuse and is worse at night. She cries in her sleep, kicks, and moves her head back and forth. She also sneezes during the day but she has always done that to some degree.

yesterday i tried pulsatilla 30x 1 tab 2x day and it didnt seem to change anything
