Sleepy help needed...
Hi all,New to all this so please bear with me! i constantly feel tired and unrefreshed after a nights sleep. I tend to fall asleep ok and have no insomnia. I almost always wake up with a dry mouth and slight headache. I never feel completely alert if that makes sense. This groginess usually lasts the whole day. I've tried excersise and diet but not much helping. Someone mentioned nux vomica...Any good?
All help would be wonderful!
Thanks in advance

You may take Cina 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 3 days and see how that affects in next 7 days. If this doesn't work you may also try Nux Vomica 30c in the same way after 7 days.

thanks for the advise. Just to add to my description, i get a lot of mucus in the mornings and after meals. i also get pimples on my forehead and fluctuate in weight from time to time. I am not depressed and keep myself to myself. I don't particurlarly like being touched and do not let my emotions out easily. If you think i should try something else too then pls recommend...
