dr khadwa please help!!!I am 41 married with 4 children I am 5 10 , 95kg and suffering from the following:
I am forever in a depressive state and find it difficult to motivate myself for even the most remedial tasks.
I am suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, the premature ejaculation has always been a problem. I have incontinence and an over active bladder the incontinence has been a problem for about 8 years and the over active bladder has been a problem since childhood as was bedwetting which I grew out off at the start of my teens. I suffer from the occasional migraine which used to be much worse in the past when I was getting migraines 5-6 times a month. Stools are generally ok but will get constipation occasionally.
I have always found it difficult to express my feelings especially to those close to me at times I find it difficult to talk I know what I want to say but I cant get the words out.
I believe that I have always had a low self esteem and stayed in the background even when I know I could do better than others.
I feel that I have always under achieved and not reached my potential. I had a difficult childhood as my mother died when I was 10 from renal failure so most of my memories of my mother are of her going in and out of hospital.
As a child I recall being the victim of a bully, it occurred when I was 5 while walking home from school I was hit on the back of the legs and buttocks by an elder boy with a stick. There was no one around and I told the lolly-pop man but he didnt believe me! There are many unpleasant incidents but none of a sexual nature.
The bed wetting was an issue when I was in junior school as other children would mock me for the obvious odour as I mentioned earlier my mother was always ill so she couldnt always ensure that I was bathed and have clean change of clothes.
When I am feeling down I tend to listen to sad music which touches tender parts of my heart but though it hurts I want to listen more.
I had my first grey hair at 15 and now would say have about 80% grey now, my hair is now much thinner than it used to be and hair loss is now becoming a problem to such an extent that the scalp can be seen through the hair.
My feet are always hot and cause me great discomfort the joints on my right hand have started to stiffen and hurt.
I am now unable to motivate myself to work and just dont know what to do
I have in the past taken anti-depressants but found them only to work for a few months and then things would be worse so I made the decision to stay clear of them.
I am always day dreaming and procrastinate all the time.
I almost forgot I had my migraines treated by a homeopath three years ago I recall taking pills over a few weeks and given some brown solution to mix 100 drops in 500ml water and take sips throughout the day which worked wonders I dont know the name of solution.

take the first dose
after 7 days take the second dose
after 14 days take the third dose.
If you think that the response is generated by first dose don't take the second and third dose. Similarly don't take third dose if the response is generated by the second dose.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 45 minutes before or after taking medicine.

The headache was on the left side and on the left brow,it was a dull pain and made me feel sick. The pain has gone today but I still have facial spasms on the left side of the face it is by the side of the cheekbone and side of the mouth.
Do I take the second dose next week or not?
