Autism with moderate mental retardation - 11 years old boy

Pls note I have followed the following remedies as per your advice

Medorrhinum 10M - 8-Apr-05

after 34 days that is on 12-May-05 -Baryta Carb 10M

Now 60 days over -

Now he is Ok but his hyper activity like keep on walking or shaking some thing like cloth Hanger or some toys, if he is sitting- how to decrease this activities?, his sleeping is ok.

some time he is laughing in very high sound when he heard some nice music in the TV (which is familier to him)

We need to increase his concentration - any suggession please
