10 month old vomiting

My daughter has gone off her food the past week. Since Sunday night started vomiting, with no fever. Brought her to doctor twice who thinks its a gastro intestinal problem, but only prescribed Motilium and gaviscon. Both which offered very little help in stopping the vomiting. She is only vomiting once or twice in 24hrs. (The past few mornings at 5.30am)
It seems a bit like reflux as the first time she vomited at night was after I breastfed her lying down.
I have tried a few remedies (Ars Alb, Phos, Sulphur, Nat Phos tissue salts) but I don't notice any distinct difference, as she is not vomiting all the time.
Her temperament is pretty normal, she is just a bit more clingy than normal, and is feeding a lot. After she vomits at night/early morn she usually goes fast asleep without any assistance.
She is teething at the minute and on Monday 9th August got 6-in1 vaccine and Men C vaccine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention that I can hear her stomach rumbling at times, and sometimes when she burps I can hear liquid coming up, which she swallows back down. Out of desperation, I gave her Carbo Veg 6c, as this used to help me.
Any advice from doctors or homeopaths much appreciated thanks.
