Remedy for high cholestrol

Dear Dr.(S),

recently I went for the medical test of 'Lipid profile' and in the result I found all the cholestrol results high almost 100+ in each with compression of normal range. I want to reduce my cholesterol becuase, In normal atmosphere sweat is appearing on my body and forehead, also im becoming obese besides this, I feel pressure in my nerves of arms, and also my Blood pressure is around 140/90 always, I need the best remedy to reduce the cholesterol.

dear Nadeem, i have read your a old post about kidney stone. and you have mentioned a medicine name( JENOSIN) you said that you have taken jenosin and berb vulg for your stone removal. can you please tell me about that more? what was jenosin and which company manufacture th is? or you can ask the doctor who gave you. and tell about dose of berb vulg. was that in liquid or pills?
it will be great help if you let me know a bout jenosin and other remedy.
