Bedwetting 3 year old

I'm hoping someone can respond to this message.
I have a 3 and a half year old son who's been daytime potty trained for a year now (does great no accidents). But at night, he pees alot- will wet the bed, and not notice. He will go to bed around 8:30, and his first pee is around midnight. After that, he may or may not pee again around 3-4am depending on liquid intake.

Here is other information about him.
When he's healthy, he sleeps soundly. Very very deep. I have a baby who will be in the same room crying away, and he won't even stir. Barely stirs. Difficult to wake up.

When he's sick, (and only sick) he's right the opposite. He grinds his teeth thru the night, he'll toss and turn, talk in his sleep. Moan/cry until someone comes to him to put him back to sleep. He'll complain about the temperature. He'll sweat (head, neck, back).

His personality: loves attention. Loves to talk. Can talk away at anyone(even strangers) who will listen and give him that attention.
Eating habits: Has a tummy ache if not fed on time. Becomes fussy if left hungry. Loves eggs. (at least once a day). Fruits: will eat only apples and bananas, and that too if coaxed. Loves chicken. For a 3 and a half year old, he eats really well. Loves his food, but is tall and lean. Does not like salty chips too much. Likes sweet things like cupcakes and icecream.
Constitution: tendency towards constipation. Has to be reminded to go have a bm. Something very peculiar- while having a bm, he has to tear stuff like tear books..tear paper... altho during the day, he doesn't have that habit.

Can be a sweetheart, affectionate, loving, kindhearted, and caring. Very sensitive.
But will cry at the smallest trifle. And if not getting his way, or attention that he wants, will lash out, and can be verbally aggressive. But very quickly, regret and apologize.

Hyper. Jumps from sofa to sofa all day long. Has good thirst for water. Will pee a lot thru the day, sometimes, i think goes a little too often to the bathroom, with scanty urine.

Okay this is all the info i can give. I would really really appreciate if someone can take a look at this and suggest something.

Oh- he's got a little bit of acne on his cheeks, has been reducing. Started since he was 8 months old, and has been reducing ever since. Tendency to become red in the face- cheeks red when coughing, crying, playing out in the sun.

I think his constitution calls for belladonna. Please tell me if i'm incorrect, and if my instincts are right, what would be the appropriate dose.

Thanks!!!!

Try verbascum 3x,5 drops, mixed in water, thrice daily for a week and watch the result.

Would he suffer from any aggravation with this med and potency?
