Help needed for varicocele

I am a 46 year old male and generally enjoy good health. I used to suffer from terrible pain in my testes when I was around 19 years old. When allopathic doctors could not solve the problem, I tried homeopathy, which more or less solved the problem in a few months' time. I forgot about the groin pains, got married, got 2 beautiful daughters and have generally lead a healthy life. About 10 years ago I developed a bad cold/ allergy - lots of sneezing, leaky nose, etc - but I did not do anything to solve the problem. I just took a cetrizine / sinarest ( both allopathic ) tablet and got on with my work. Probably, the excessive sneezing took its toll and about 11 months ago, I developed a hernia on the right side. Subsequently, I had a hernia operation about 10 months ago, which has given rise to the piercing pains in my testes again. The pain is quite bad, and it becomes difficult to walk. It comes and goes - sometimes twice a day, sometimes once a day. It is generally on the left testicle. It even extends down to the left thigh. When suffering from the sharp and piercing pain, I have noticed the left and right testes get 'pulled upwards' and the scrotum bag is quite empty at that time.

I have a digestion problem, too, since a year or two - with plenty of gas, flatulence and noisy belching, especially in the evening/night. The varicocele pain is temperorily relived after passing gas.

I have tried various homeopathic medicines since about a month :
Nux. Vom, Lycopodium, Pulsittila, Coloccynth, Hammellis - all 30x . They helped a lot and the pain was less in frequency and intensity. However, strangely, after I informed my radiologist about my improvement, the pain seems to have come back with full force.

I request you to please help me get back to normalcy. I have great faith that it can and will be cured ! Thanks in advance.

pulsatilla appears indictted--possible testing at raiology may have reset the ill....any particular body postion lessened or worsened? or type of clothing? you alocoho user?tobacco?any meds at all (allo)? herbs?..etc

Thanks for your interest in my case. When I suffer the pain, it is quite difficult to walk, hence, sitting or reclining is best. I hate tight / uncomfortable clothing. I don't drink or smoke. Also, I do not take any allopathic medicines or herbs. Hope this helps....

Dear Mr. John,
Thanks a lot...i really appreciate your interest in my case. In our country, we get homeopathic medicines from the store in sugar pills or tinctures forms. They are available in various potencies such as 30x, 200x,1000x,etc. I am not sure if 30x = 30c. Please clarify. Would it be better if i bought the original German tincture ( will check if 30c is available ). The brands available are Dr. Reckeweg or Adel. I await your answer.

BTW, I am still suffering from chronic cold - running nose and violent sneezing.
