hey...

i have a friend who has a sinus problem..though she doesnt has the serious one but she usualy has a flu and keeps sneezing.. i told her to take silicea 12x and kali mur 6x , 2 times a day..she got a few more homeopathy medicenes like pulsatilla, hydratsis, kali bic.. how shud she start taking them? and wats the best way for a sinus treatment..she is fat and has pimple..and has deficiancy in calcium due to which her feet keeps paining..
