Request help with Hypothyroidism

I have been diagnosed of hypothyroid 15 days ago. I have been advised thyronorm 200 mcg for the same.

28 Years, Male, Working in corporate, sedantary lifestyle
Height - 167 cm Weight 98 Kg

1. Describe your main suffering?

Body heat, dry mouth and excessive thirst during the entire day and night
Sleep is disturbed due to thirst and body heat. Can sleep well with air conditioner or on cold floor. Bed gets heated and the heat wakes me up
Obesity
Anxiety, Fretful about petty things.
Hot weather aggravates, cold weather subsides
Tip of nose very much raw in both nostrils.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Excessive loosing hair
Dark Circles around eyes (almost black)
Warts on face, neck, armpits, inner thighs

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Lack of motivation
Passionate about studying but not able to kickstart - even if I did, feels sleepy in 10-15 min
Lethargy

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
Feels Hopeless. Regret the past on petty things. Mind feelings race as if life is on fast forward hypothesizing all scenarios of the cause of anxiety

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
It looks like it started about 2 years ago but was never diagnosed till about 2 weeks

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
When I am alone. Night time before sleep and immediately on waking up. Feel like i should have slept more. unrefreshing sleep

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same? Example- time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
Temperature, sweating, fullness of tummy after eating aggravate
Air conditioner, Cold water, Cold Drinks with Fizz ameliorate


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
No

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Cold weather. I like humid weather but not when it is hot and humid.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
Elated

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Not if it is cold enough at the same time

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc?
Nail biting. Not talking but thinking. Brain does not remain free.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
Good family and friends. Good spouse but feels irritating at times for no/little fault of spouse.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
Of death. Of future. Old age

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
Crave Non vegetarian. Chicken mostly. Crave rice. averse to vegetable though can eat them equally well.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Excessive if food is not eaten on time

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Curd. Dal. However like lassi.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Head. Trunk

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Bowels incomplete and unsatisfactory - Need double sitting in 30 min interval or will pass eructations through bowels all day long once every hour

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Sleeps on my back. Tough to lie on tummy or to one side. broad shoulders

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
No. emission. in 4-5 min

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others?
Feeeling of fullness and lethargy immediately after eating. As if no stamina.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I have taken Lycopodium 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for only one day about 1 month back

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
History of hypothyroidsim, heart disease, blood pressure in family

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
(For Females)
NA
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, clots etc.
NA
25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
Appendictis, Urinary infection (due to water problem), depression
