dermatitis itching with eruption

any person like to get information for skin itching and eruptions ask me

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hallo, my 6 year old daughter has very dry skin and she scratches herself almost all the time. Worst places where the skin is very dry, twisted are ankles and popliteal place and gluteal fold. The itching and some rash is moving to different places on the body but legs are all the time worst. Food intolerance test shows sensitivity to a lot of food like milk, wheat, sugar and some more. She has allergies to cats, dogs and dust something the name I do not know in english. It is in bed and eats the dead skin flakes.
Please advise me what to do.
