Are you referring to the hollow marks that the pimples have left on her face or her Acne or pimples ?

Arnica cannot help the marks left on the face but there are other remedies that may help.

Dark circles are not helped by Arnica and I did not state so in my therapy.

It is difficult for me to prescribe a remedy without seeing what you are describing and it would be helpful if you can post a closeup photograph of her lesions to help in the diagnosis.
