Nature of work: Office work Manager.
Habits: Calm and sympathetic to the miseries.
1.Describe your main suffering?
Have Piles with casual bleeding for the last 50 years. There was slight pain in early stage. Now feel no pain. At present bleeding is in leaking style and not dripping -blood-colour is bright mixed with watery matter. Blood comes sometime just after bowel sometime anytime during the day as the tissue paper stains show.
2.What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Tremors in both hands. Slight tremors were found in 1967 when I was a smoker. Treatment was Longefine and Camadrin tablets, which I took for months. These tremors are again started a year back. While taking tea the cup tremors are evident.
3.What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Nothing. Have pressure on mind.
4.What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Nothing. Remain normal thinking it a part of life.
5.When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Fifty years back. Had been suffering from severe constipation which caused piles.
6.Which time of the day you are worst?
Anytime during working hour even at night while sleeping.
7.What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Hot spices (though I do not use) Mutton/Beef, sometime antibiotic like any TETRA CYCLINE cause bleeding. Use of RADDISH (MOOLI) as salad and bleeding ameliorate washing with cold water to certain extent.
8.Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
9.When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Like winter. But no weather gives relief.
10.What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
No Fear
11.Your like and dislike (Foods etc.)?
Like and take Yogurt, Milk, and like Sweet-meat Fruits (Apple, Banana, Mango etc).
But have no special taste/craze in eating. Believe in simple diet.
12.How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal in winter but excessive in summer.
13.How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal. Take light breakfast 2/3 slice with a cup of tea. Lunch: 1 chapati only. Supper: small Qty of rice OR 1 Chapati.
14.Is there any kind of food which your body cant stand?
No. But I dislike Brinjal (Baingan) and seldom have them.
15.Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Sweating normal in summer. Surprisingly sometime one side of the body sweats right from the centre i.e. left side of nose sweats while its right side is dry. This phenomenon of sweating is from Head to Foot. Casually whole body sweats at a time.
16.How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Slight constipation. Bowel movement is OK. However I go to bath room twice a day one in morning and second afternoon. In between wind sometime excessively passed. This might cause bleeding.
17.How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Have fine sleep. Frequently sleep on right side. Feel no trouble if I lay even on left side.
18.Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Age is now a factor.
19.How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
Calm, sober and cool headed.
20.What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
These all mediccine I had used as per my Doctor's advised.
Nux Vomica 200c, Alos 30c, Aesculus Hip Q, Millifolium Q, Hamaimelies Q, Ipecac 30, China 30, Millefoliam 30, |*

Recently Phosphurus 30 three times a day 7 days its gives some relief and My Doctor extent it to 15 days but there is no more improvement feel after 1st 7 days.
21.What major diseases are running in your family?
High Blood Pressure is only a major disease.
22.Describe, how do you look like?
Quite smart, Evergreen, Look less than the age. My weight is 67-69 Kg.
23.Any other information?
Had been a smoker for about 50 years. Discarded smoking from MAY-2005 at once.

y normal blood pressure is 130/80 and sometime it goes high 140/90 or 160/100 but now a days it is normal by using Nat Mur 6x 3tab after every meal as per Joe advised.
NOTE: Sulpher Drugs are not acceptable to body. These react.

Aesculus Hip Q took in January 2010.
Sweating generally sometimes on the left and sometimes on the right side and it is amazingly fully in half of my body right from head to ankles.
This pilesproblem is for the last about more than 50 years when I had severe type of constipation. Doctors diagnosed it piles. In the beginning I had severe pain and hemorrhoids swelled. Then there was no swelling but blood used to drip. I used to take piles cure tablets and other like. These medicines gave me relief. Thereafter it again started I the again took the same medicines or other like APO Ham Drops, Hametam Drops and the ointment in 1991. It again subsided. But it was never fully cured. Now I feel flesh wall about ½ cm around the hole and this unlike a moka- a wart. Now I though feel no pain but blood stains do appear on the underwear or tissue papers purposely placed thereunder to absorb the blood not to appear on the trousers.
I feel as my head had become heated and the heat starts disseminating in my upper part of the body especially shoulders and back. Head seems to have become numb and sensation is felt in all the head . I feel throbs of pulse upper side of the head. I feel as head has become heavy. This, as I have said starts when I start to think certain problem. Soon such stage of thinking starts I feel a click in the head and it starts going heavy.
I have developed rashes on account dry skin and feel itching when I change clothes morning and evening. Minor erupt ion of the skin occurs. First skin becomes radish and itching starts, more especially on legs and upper arms. Normally my feet lower and upper parts get dry and whiteness appear and for this I use lotion some mustard oil. But this all is very temporary and the effects remain one or two days when the oil layers ends with normal washing.
Currently I am taking:
Nux 200 twice a day
Arnica 30c wet dose
Nat Mur 6xtab with every meal(for high BP and this remedy helps me and my BP is 13085).

Here are your remedies to stop bleeding, control sweating and blood pressure.
1. Collinsonia Canadensis Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day, for 1 week.
2. Berberis Vulgaris Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day, for 1 week.
Please report progress after 3 days.
Please try to understand, you must not load yourself with a lot of homeopathic remedies. These are not like allopathic, this for that, homeopathic remedies are very powerful and have side effects.
Especially you will not take Nux Vomica 200C, very damaging taken for a long period and it will antidote the Collinsonia Canadensis.
Please stop all med's you are taking if you really want to cure your problems? It is not a good idea to live with medicines for all your life. May God bless you? You will do just fine. Don't worry, your blood pressure will be in control with these two remedies I am suggesting.
Please take your meals with a little more ADARAK, Kali mirch (Black Pepper) and GHEE for a while. This will really help.

Seven days have passed when I started the treatment. I felt relief after two days of treatment. It remained good for about three days. I found the treatment good. But, unfortunately, bleeding started on fourth day and is still bleeding though medicine is being taken regularly at proper intervals.

Thanks for your reply. I beg your pardon if my reply was found discourteous or disrespectful in any way. I trust you will kindly ignore. I am a very humble person and richly harbour the kindness you people are showering for the upkeep of humanity. May Allah shower His benign blessing upon you and grant you much you deserve. I hope you shall forgive on this count. Now let me clear to you that I took the prescribed medicines as per the advice. Actually my grand son forgot to convey you on the 3rd day. He was admonished and the reply was sent on the 7th day. No medicine was taken on the 8th day (today). And report was made to your good self. The bleeding is there. It only stopped for two days after taking three days medicines. I found it a good treatment. On the 6th day it became as usual. I did not discontinue with the impression that I had meat in the lunch. So I completed the treatment for 7 days. This might be my mistake. Had it been done on the fourth day the case would have been otherwise. But I was happy of being cured. Bleeding started on the 6th day of treatment. And, thus prompted to report to you on the 7th day. However, if feel very upset to have annoyed you for my lapse. Thanks.

First of all I am not annoyed, only hurt due to the tone of writing as usual from him and the disturbing the case with over dosing. If Zahur had reported as requested in 3 days, then, I am sure there would have been no bleeding?
The remedy had to be stopped when it started showing good results that's when the bleeding stopped. Wouldn't you agree Radha?

Not mixed with stool. But blood line is seen with stool. Obviously blood oozing out appears on the outer surface of stool. Sometime blood drips after evacuation. Well, much blood, occasionally, is estimated my both the underwear which I used to wear are sufficiently blood stained covering 1 to two inches and then stain appears on the trouser. It is not usual. For example after taking 3 days medicines 3/4/drops were seen but on 4th days it was no stain. Above condition appeared on the 5th day. Today is better.
No visible weakness.
In any serious matter (Family, Official or otherwise)
When feel upset I usually find high blood pressure usually noticed 150/95. Relax in solitude
