As per your advice my grand father took Berberis Vulgaris Q only, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times a day for two days. Bleeding abated. I checked the placed soft tissue paper blood was mixed with light yellowish watery substance. It may be pus. The Diet as prescribed (ADARAK, Kali mirch and GHEE ) has also been started from today. How many days will it continue?
May I seek your veteran advice in respect of my grand fathers friend namely Abdul Majid keeping in view the opinions expressed by other experts?

I need details, but, I fully understand, it is very hard, but, to correct a chronic disease of more than 50 years, it is really required to cautiously move forward. You must understand this as you are also a homoeopath now!

Yes I am entirely agree with your observation.
Blood a few drops( tissue was stained within an Inch circle with a half inch light yellowish watery substance ).
His diet normally includes Chapatti or Boiled white rice.
(1 Chapatti at breakfast, 1 Chapatti and some different sweet dish at lunch & Boiled white rice at Dinner) Gravy, seasonal vegetables, casually use of meat/chicken. 2/3 cups of normal tea in a day. Spicy food is not liked though sweet items are more liked His body weight is 59-60kgs.

My grand father today morning fell down at main gate ramp as he slipped while closing the door hit hard hip region sensitive to press. I made an emergency call to my Prof. and he suggested Arnica 10M one dose only. So I did. My grand father is ok by grace of Almighty. Yesterday there was no bleeding at all, all the day. But today he has after the motion. Before the motion he felt pressure below the button and severe farting as result of which, it is believed, bleeding occurred. From the soft tissue paper it appears the blood has seeped not dripped. Prescribed remedy is in use viz. today is the 4th day.
Lipid profile has been got done as was advised by Joe:
LIPID PROFILE TEST REPORT 15.12.2010.
CHOLESTEROL 172 mg/dl.
TRIGLYCERIDES 106 mg/dl
HDL 42 mg/dl
LDL 99 mg/dl

I am sorry to know about Mr. Zahur that he fell down. May Allah SWT bless him with a speedy recovery? What you need for him is to find some Desi Ghee to be used in his cooked food a little more than usual? Very Very Important for him at this time to stop his bleeding ASAP.
His report is very good, all in range. Great!

What is the color of blood that came with gas?
Has he ever taken Lyco., if yes, what potency?
Please report his pain and over all condition in a couple od days.

Yes, it is more than a month or so. He has it a yellow watery substance which now doubted on your query that it might be pus.
Trauma is OK. Pain in muscle is felt only on pressing the site otherwise he feels no pain even in walking or offering his prayer.

There is wall like flesh around the anus and grain like a peas inside just close to the wall.
Also, the pain is new symptom, please confirm?
Pain was said to be of the hip and was not related to the pile. I wish to clear.

Today three days have completed taking the remedy as was prescribed. There has been no improvement but bleeding has been increased comparatively. Soft tissue papers placed under were changed thrice fully imbued with bright colour blood and the pus. Seeks further advice. Thanks.

Today the position seems to be better than before. Today pus element was slightly aggravated while blood was much less than before. I feel when the pressure enhances below the button and farting starts the bleeding occurs more than usual. Today is the same day. Farting was less. Your good self can well diagnosed. The disease is on the run now inshallah! This is all due to the blessings and mercies of Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala. All we can do is try, but the cure is only with him.
Please keep taking Berberis Vulgaris Q. You must take a dose of Lycopodium 200C, 4 drops in a half glass of water, stir it nicely with spoon, then, drink a spoon out of that. Throw the rest in sink.
Please do not repeat Lycopodium as it will creat problems. You may repeat after 3 days depending upon your gas problem.
In addition, please start taking Natrum Sulph 6X, 4 tablets, 3 times a day for 2 weeks.
Please be patient, stay warm and remember your creator more and more....

What kind of pilesdo you have as the correct homoeopathic remedy will only be selected depending upon the type of your piles?
Do you have internal piles?
Or Do you have external piles?
Or both?
Or Is there any mass outside the anus area?
Or If there is a mass that comes out after BM, then, the mass have to be pushed back?
Or If your piles are like a small bundle of grapes, if yes, then, what color?
Or if some other kind of piles that we are not identifying here?
