Dear Mr. Nawaz, A.O.A. Stay Blessed ever.

Bleeding stands stopped. Very minor with water matter was seen yesterday. Gas problem is there with little relief. Stool passes thrice a day, morning, noon and evening. Now- a- days B.P. fluctuates in the morning before breakfast it was 170/100 and evening after having a dinner but without medicine. Yesterday morning it was noted as 120/80 before breakfast and evening as noted above i.e.170/100.

Bleeding is minor. I mean blood is only one or two drops but watery matter is more. Well, it enhances when the gas starts frequent. It may cause rupture to help seeping of blood, etc. Today motion happened twice as gas was there before noon and it frequency lessened after motion. B/P remained ranging 135/90 and 130/90 with no medicine. However, sometime I feel something like wave travelling in my head. Firstly, I doubted of B/P but when checked it was as above. I am strictly following your advice in the matter of remedy and diet, etc. And I trust I am now in safe hands and on the road of recovery.Thanks.

Dear Nawaz Bhai,

Due to failure of Internet service I could not update you. I have been feeling better since the previous report since after taking 3 doses of Nux 200. Gas problem remained stopped for those 3 days. Likewise bleeding was also stopped. Gas problem started as before. However, motions were also controlled from three to one and it was only yesterday I had a bleeding with comparatively less element of watery matter and has 2 motions one morning and one night. Today it is only once at morning –gas remained active.

Have taken the prescribed remedies as advised. Gas pressure problem remain unabated. Pressure under the button disturbs much as I have to take ablution time and again. Bleeding 20% and watery element 80% noticed when gas problem starts. Yesterday it was there, so remained today. Overall I feel the problem of bleeding is lessening. Allah ka Shukar Hai.

After taking Nat Sulph 200C for five days I felt somewhat relief in my gas problem. Actually I have been taking tea in my office and the milk used in tea is pure which I doubted to be the main cause of gas. When I started Nat Sulph 200 I too stopped taking tea. I thought the relief may the result of discarding tea. Anyhow I feel relief upto Zuhr prayer and thereafter gas starts. At morning it does disturb. However, watery discharge is decreasing day by day though sometime in a day blood drop does appear.

I have not taken medicine yesterday and today. A drop of blood with watery matter was noticed today morning and only watery matter at noon and evening though not much as before. I feel haemorrhoids are somewhat shrinking. It may be a sign of recovery.

The remedy Calc Sulph 200C was taken yesterday. Oozing of blood (a drop) with watery element was noticed. Gas problem is unabated. Motion twice a day. Relief is gas is felt after the motion but restarts after 2/3 hours. Alhamdolillah, I feel much improvement. You know that Arnica wet dose, I took for about six months i.e. before November 2010, proved very effective as far as my eye sight and blood pressure were concerned. Eye sight has much improved and now I seldom use glasses but blood pressure has become ranging 170/100 to 120/80 with Normitab 50 mg one tab daily. This one tab keeps BP at lower level. Awaiting for your advice. Thanks.

The prescribed medicine was taken for 7 days . The condition is the same i.e. seeping of minor quantity blood one or two drops and watery matter are noticed daily twice or once atleast daily.i.e. However, motions are under control. Some day it is twice a day and some time it is once though it happened once in last week. Gas is too under control. I, now can offer my Zuhr prayer with morning wazu. Thanks. Seek further advice.

Yesterday I took the remedy Sulphur 200C as prescribed. Bleeding became as before. I think Sulphur reacts. Fifty five years back I took Sulpha diazine it reacted and developed what exactly in Punjabi pin point rashes which become ‘sikker/khareend’ on the skin. At that time the skin specialist advised me to avoid sulpha drug and till today I have been avoiding. Previously when I had the sulpha I felt the same reaction with bleeding piles. Now I am in fix what is it? Is the bleeding is the reaction of sulphur 200 or otherwise. Kindly advise.

Have been taking the prescribed remedy as per the advice. This Beriberus Vulgaris has proved effective. Curing is though steady but I feel it has done better. Minor stain is being noticed daily with more watery matter. I thank you very much once again for keen the interest you very kindly evinced in my long protracted pile. Allah may reward you! Aameen.

Took the remedy Merc Sol as prescribed (one dose on 18-4-11)

I am feeling better than before. Watery matter oozes out with minor blood spot on a soft tissue. Watery substance does spot under garment.
There is now no blood after evacuation of bowel only watery matter is notice when happend to go wash room. This may be cause to sitting in a chair all the day. On the whole I feel relief. Kindly advice.
