Did you take a dose of Lycopodium? Yes, took one dose and felt relief. I shall take one dose today as was advised.

I know it is a 50 year old case, but, I believe we are missing something in the state and symptoms. Let's re-visit the case again and find the facts for a complete cure.

Do you have internal piles?
Or Do you have external piles? It is external as the hemorrhoid is outside.
Is there any mass outside the anus area? Yes, about 1 cm flesh wall like mass around the anus.
Or If there is a mass that comes out after BM, then, the mass have to be pushed back? No.
Or If your piles are like a small bundle of grapes, if yes, then, what color? No.

Or if some other kind of piles that we are not identifying here?

Please this is very important to know.

Are there any other issues like small lump, anal fistula or fissure in the rectum and anal area? It may be fissure. But I do not feel pain. Seeping of blood, sometime I feel, might be due to sitting in the chair or driving. Again, sometime I do not have bleeding even due to sitting/driving.
What is the color of the blood and how many drops now? Bright red colour. Approx. 4 to 6 drops of blood.

Is there any pus coming from anywhere? No, only with the blood.

Is there any pain? No pain

Is there any itching or burning at any time? No itching and no burning.

How is the constipation? With the remedy in use (Nat Salph) constipation occurred so water shower was taken to ease evacuation. Today is also the same position of BM.

Bleeding is almost daily,oozing quantity of blood varies.for example yesterday and today it has been very minor bleeding with pus seems to be a drop. only a small dim stain on a tissue paper is seen

Fissure, i mean a minor bruise(kharash)which causes seepage of blood when some pressure comes on that point. sometimes i have seen no blood after BM. But after 2 hours I noticed the tissue paper soaked in blood. So i feel blood seeps somewhere from the flesh hanging around the anus.

No, my feeling is according to the prevailing weather conditions.Thirst is normal. Thraot and lips are too normal.

However my body skin is very dry and the dryness(khushki) is very apparent and does appear on legs,foot,arms and hands and I normally use oil or lotion.

I have been taking the remedies suggested by you and I have noticed pus element has increased and the blood seepage decreased. Yesterday there was nothing in the morning but found the tissue soaked indicating pus more than the blood. Today too condition remains the same. Seek your further advice.

Fine. Thank you for your prompt query. Pus is of yellowish colour and is somewhat thick than before while it was also more than before as it appeared from the placed two folded soft tissue paper. Thanks and praying for you and your family.

Acid Nit 200 one dose taken on Saturday morning.. Bleeding took place twice in a day. Blood was there but pus element was more in quantity. I think I am on the road of recovery.One thing is that blood and pus seep especially when wind pressure is built up and as result thereof farting starts. Of course it is very disturbing and due to this I noticed the blood and pus seeped and soaked the underwear. However, farting ceased somewhat when Lyco 200 was taken. May Allah crown your efforts! The colour of the pus is now slightly yellowish while blood colour is the same with lesser amount. Lyco was taken on Jan. 2,2011.

The condition, it seems, improving well. Yesterday and a day before yesterday seeping including pus and blood was not too much. It occurred twice a day. Pus was about 95% and blood was 5%. Yesterday it was full pus and in more quantity as the garment was fully and thickly contaminated about 2 inches around. Today morning it was too more pus with little spot of blood. Gas problem is unchanged even with Lyco 200.

The pressure is always below the button and causes farting. I have to go twice or thrice to wash room and then feel comfortable. In the morning I usually go to wash room before Fajr prayer. Then I take my breakfast at about 8.15. Pressure built up at about 11A.M. at about 12.30 I visit wash room and had a small motion. Farting stopped. Offer my Zuhr prayer at1.30 At about an hour or two farting starts. Take my small lunch. Farting continues. So before, my Isha prayer I again go to Wash Room to ease myself and then became free from pressure but gas remains leaking though not much. Before medication I used to go twice morning and evening and I could offer Zuhr prayer with morning WAzu. Oh! It has become a long story.

Energy level is fine by the Grace of Allah. Do not feel tired even if work whole the day. No pain in legs nor feel fatigue. Pus colour is off white/light yellowish. However, it is now more than the blood. During the last two/three days it happened after every motion though very little in quantity. Hope this may be helpful to suggest further.

Ummmm, you must eat good enjoyable meals at least 3/4 th of your hunger keeping in mind the hadith (Hath Roak Key Khao), one must never over eat! Therefore, please eat good meals, otherwise, the abdomen will be filling with gas.

ANS: Meal is good but less in quantity . You know my body weight in 1979 was 63 kg and the same is now.
How is the constipation? It is normal.

A.O.A. By the Grace of Allah, All is well here and trust to be all well and fine at your end.

A dose of Acid Nit 200cas prescribed was taken on Wednesday, the 19th Jan.2011.Blood with pus was discharged in equal ratio on Wednesday and Thursday but today i.e.on Friday I saw pus a bit off white in colour. Motion at morning was a bit little but at 6 P.M. it was normal.

Wind element disturbed the whole day and it came to halt after motion.

Today blood was there with the watery substance. Watery whitish I say as the matter mixed slightly with blood passed thru my double worn under wears and stained the outer sleeping trouser.

I have never felt nausea by the medicines I took ao have been taking suggested by you.

I took Calc Sulph 200C today morning just after Fajr Prayer. It is now Isha time. Meanwhile, I intend to make you abreast of the condition: Discharge remained the same with blood. Water matter was more than before and blood was also there staining 1 and a half cm. of the garment.

Full hope and trust in Allah SWT.to get rid of it soon. Pray for me and my family looking up at sky at mid night when you get up, if convenient. I too pray for you and your Ahl-e-khana. May all of you remain blessed for ever! Aameen.
