miasm remedy question

Does anyone know the difference between Tuberculinum and Tuberculinum Bovistum (the one made from a bovine source)

In researching I have seen both of these forms of this remedy listed and was wondering what is the difference, is one more effective than the other, and is one used over the other in certain situations?

Also, I read that you should not use this remedy in the very young, elderly, or anyone with chest complaints that match this remedy? Are these true?

Blessings,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I meant Bovinum not Bovistum

It is said that when Tuberculinum stops being effective then TuB Bov will pick things up again - but generally is not as effective as Tuberculinum generally.

THere a number of varieties of tuberculinum [avian, etc]

Personally I favor the use of Bacillinum -- particularly if the subject fears dogs.

All the types are harmless if taken in potencies above 12c [avogadro's number]
Normally I use 30c and above.
