Alhamdulillah, Allah gave me the strength to attend taraveeh yesterday night.

AoA Nawaz sir, actually I had told you before about what was happening during the prayer. I always expect that the 'Panic Attack' would come soon. I expect that I couldn't stand more time then I start to lose my strength and begin palpitation followed by trembling my both legs. I would like to escape from this situation.

I am taking avena sat Q 2 times a day now. First dose at the end of suhoor and second dose before going to taraveeh.

The prescriptions were made by myself. Since I was so desperate, I took the medicines.

All Muslims reading this post, please make a dua from your heart for me. May Allah give us strength and relief from all diseases and assist all of us in remembering him, in thanking him, and worshiping him in the best of manners.

AoA Nawaz khan, I took the medicine yesterday night after ifthar. I am experiencing terrible nervousness and shyness. My head is shaking during salath and it increases if there are people around me in Masjid. i.e. I couldn't even perform salath alone in Masjid. Also I get bowel movements before going to masjid.

I am now having dry cough and asthma. And little sinus headache.

I had acute sinus headache and fever about two weeks ago. I consulted a local homeopath, but didn't resolve with his prescription. It was not treated fully at that time.

I have Reckeweg sinus drops on my hand right now. And arsenicum iodatum 3x which was prescribed another homeopath months ago. I remember this has helped with my asthma problem.

I was able to attend tharaveeh yesterday. I felt palpitations for the first 15 minutes.

It's been a long time since I visited this thread.

I am requesting your valuable input on my current diagnosis.

I am having chronic sinusitis which started last October. I get sinus headache mainly in the right side, at the root of the nose and just above the eye brow. The postnasal drip I get is greenish, odorous, and bad taste. This greenish sputum is continuous from last year. I normally get acute sinusitis and in maximum 2 weeks, it resolves on its own.

Please advise.
