Today, I had a trembling state as I had to stand as Imam in Masjid for one person only. My whole body was shivering and shaking including my head. I though I would probably be fainted.
I feel 99% similarity to this person's post

I heard Mimulus - batch flower - is a good remedy for such fears.
I would like to hear from you.

I am extremely sorry for taking so long to reply.
Imam Sahib, me? :)
Anyway, I used to do Adhaan in Masjid about a year ago. Now I cannot do that because of great lack of confidence.
MENTAL SYMPTOMS:
I feel very self conscious when I do a performance even if I call you person alone on the phone. My consciousness increases when my performance is in public and I feel everyone is looking at me and that way my concentration goes and I cannot concentrate on the current thing that I was doing.
PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS:
Trembling when I stand as Imam or do any public performance. Palpitations. Sweating of the palms and soles all the time even when I am relaxed and also when typing or doing any computer related jobs.
I also have acute itching on the right leg, at the tibial part of the leg. It should be eczema, i think.
Nawaz sir, I am ready to wait until you get a good remedy for me. Also, you can share my problems with any of your colleagues which you think would be better.

Forgot to mention acute kneecap itching, gum bleeds easily. Have sputum in the chest.
I also have problems in my wisdom teeth, which are growing incorrectly. I think I should extract those 4 teeth. Blood comes from those teeth too and have bad smell sometimes.
For the last 10 days, I have taken 2 dose of acid phos Q, later I took 1M phosphorus, and yesterday I took 2 dose of aconite 30C. This was after that problem in Masjid.
I took acid phos thinking that it would treat my fatigue especially when I am anxious.
I think acid phos helped in my sweaty palms a little, I don't know anyway.
I also have fear to stand in first Swaf in masjid. What i fear is I think i would have a panic attack like going to dizzy and also i fear standing for a longtime like in a Tharaveeh namaz.
I remember that years ago, I had felt very calm and relaxed when I was doing namaz and I can stand about 30 minutes in Taraaveeh, but now I am really disappointed.
I have Arg. Nit 200c and 1M in my house. I also have Gelsemium 1M.

I still have an inner fear always with me especially when in conversation with someone. I am very self conscious about my sweaty palms and soles and always want to hide that from people. Nowadays, the facial tics came again, but I remember this resolved by lyco.

Also have acute dandruff, mild asthma in the morning, cough, excess mucous in the chest, and postnasal drip.
Kindly suggest me a remedy.
