AoA nawazkhan, I still have shyness when walking thru the street. I experience facial tics that I had earlier. This facial tics is always in the left side of the face. I don't see any improvement in case of hair issue. Still having pinprick like sensation all over the body probably when the body is hot. Ear problem still there.

WAA nawazkhan, alhamdulillah I am seeing some improvement in alopecia. Some new hairs are there. One day before taking the Bacillinum, I took arg nit. which i had to take because I had to appear in a funeral of my father's brother's daughter, she was only 10 years old, died of AML.

AoA nawazkhan. There is only slow improvement. I asked my homeopathic doctor which medicine he had given me for alopecia previous year and he said Bacillinum 1M one dose then Nat mur after that.

Hair grows very slowly in that area.

Yes, that combination did cure my alopecia areata, but I mentioned before that it is reappearing every year since 2006.

I still have fear. My fear is extreme at the time of public performance. Please note that I couldn't even self introduce myself before a group of people. I feel an extreme anxiety before and during such situations.

Sorry, I have to disagree with you as if you were cured, then, why it is reappearing? Cured disease do not reappear. It was just palliated.

So, did you take a dose suggested in my previous post?

When was the last time you took Arg. Nit?

I had asthma attack today, which was sudden one with coughing. I had sinusitis a week ago. Now some pain in back side of my head. I probably get asthma attack in new moon days of July-August. Please prescribe me a medicine for asthma attack.

My homeopath had given me Arsenicum Iodatum tablets (I don't remember the potency, 3x or 6x) some months ago. I had felt comfortable with that.

AoA nawazkhan, do u know the exact cause of pins and needles sensation all over the body? I am experiencing this even during sleep. May vitamin B-12 help get ride of this?
