Sleep ApneaHello Expert,
I have sleep apnea, [I guess] for past couple of years, I started reading this forum and started taking NAT PHOS 6x and Arnica 30c (could not get 6c in store) in tablet form for a week, I had improved sleep.
My problem was I get up at night around 3AM-4AM dont get sleep for next 3 hours, but after that I get deep sleep around [6-7 AM]early morning when I have to get up and go for work. I try to sleep around 10:30/11:00 PM at night. This was a story 3 weeks ago. After one week suddenly I pulled my muscle and started taking other medicine and stopped NAT PHOS 6x and Arnica 30c for a week. Once my muscle ache stopped I started taking NAT PHOS 6x and Arnica 6c for last 1 week [I take them 3 times after meal one after another gap of 10-15mins]. Although my sleep is improved but not like when I was taking NAT PHOS 6x and Arnica 30c. What do you recommend ? I do Yoga and some physical exercise for 30-40 mins [like stretching/Running on treadmill] everyday. I drink green tea in the morning and normal tea with milk in the afternoon. Rarely drink any kind of Soda, I try to drink plenty of water.
