'one glass of buttermilk with Dinner , and one glass of water after Dinner'

Here is the reason for your Acid Reflux problems.

It is obvious to me that you are reacting to the Buttermilk to which you seem to be Lactose Intolerant today. The GLASS OF WATER that you drink after dinner will further add to the problem as you virtually dilute the gastric juice further which then refluxes into your throat.

STOP TAKING BOTH THE WHEY AND THE GLASS OF WATER with dinner and after dinner and you should observe that you are healed overnight.

ok . i will stop both the buttermilk and the glass of water after dinner. how much time after dinner can i have a glass of water?

i thought the idea was to have as much water as possible.

You can take a few sips of water after a meal but you may take a glass of water one hour after a meal.

I hope that you appreciate the reason for not taking a lot of water with or immediately after a meal.

And NO BUTTERMILK at all especially since you seem to be Lactose Intolerant.

Hi Mike,

I am with Mr.Joe as the main root cause for your problem lies due to lactose Intolerant...better try to avoid milk processed products as much as you can they are dangerous i n long run destryoing intestinal flora except curd, which sould be taken only in day time...& continue remedies prescribed by Mr.Joe...

God bless you...

Homoeopathy cures lactose intolerance. You do not need to avoid milk if you have been cured. If you are still intolerant to milk or dairy products after treatment, then cure has not been completed.

Avoiding foods is only necessary when a patient remains uncured. This is an indication to change treatment in some way.

I can see that both Chakra and Evocationer do not seem to be aware that the last post on this thread dates back to 2011/07/25 when it was dug up by chakra.

Evocationer may like to know that Nat Phos 6x CURES Lactose Intolerance.
1-2 tablets taken after a glass of milk will prevent the standard distress the patient has been suffering from. This therapy is continued for a couple of days and the stomach adjusts to tolerate milk.

I have also prescribed NP for Travel Sickness and for Morning Sickness in the case of mothers in their first Trimester.

Also Gout and of course GERD.

Nat Phos 6x works by accelerating the passage of food down the digestive tract. In doing so it ensures that the formation of any excess gastric juice including acid (HCl) is inhibited and the stomach usually empties in under an hour. After the food passes into the small intestine its passage is accelerated and reaches the large intestine and colon in under 6 hours.

It is this acceleration of food down the digestive system that helps to reduce weight as it is the slow passage of food that enables the blood to pick up the components that build up body tissue resulting in added weight.

2 tablets Nat Phos taken immediately after every meal will reduce weight very safely by 1kg per WEEK.

Natrium Phosphoricum
Notes by Dr Schuessler

Sodium and Phosphate ions are to be found in our body in the muscle, nerve and brain cells, in the blood corpuscles and in the tissue fluids. According to Dr Schuessler, Nat Phos splits the lactic acid, which is produced by the work of muscles into carbonic acid and water. The carbonic acid is absorbed by the sodium phosphate and brought to the lungs where it is eliminated in the process of breathing. If sodium phosphate is lacking, there results an excess of lactic acid and consequently a sour taste, heart burn, sour stools, vomiting of sour, caseous matter, particularly in babies who are overfed with sugar and milk. If lactic acid reaches the lymphatic glands, the albumin of the lymph glands coagulates and the gland begins to swell. In the initial stages of swelling of the lymphatic glands therefore, Nat Phos has a healing effect because it can split lactic acid. Nat Phos further assures that the uric acid of the blood which is formed by the splitting up of the albuminous substance is kept in solution and secreted by the kidneys. Should this not be the case, uric acid will be deposited in the joints. The sequels are Rheumatism. Gout, Sciatica, Lumbago. In the Gall, Nat Phos saponifies the fatty acids which have been consumed with the food. It is hence indicated against digestive disturbances resulting from excessive consumption of fat.

I was not addressing the person with the problem, but the most recent poster regarding the ability of our medicines to actually cure food intolerance. This seems to be a point we agree on Mr. De Livera.
