sorry I could not report as my internet connection was out of order. I have started taking berberis aquifolium q. Today is the 3rd day. Acne has reduced. I will report after taking the last dose.

sir the acne had reduced but again today 3 white heads have appeared...can't say for sure that the acne has reduced..its normal.

finished the course...some of the changes that I have observed.
1. sleep req. has increased. Though its still normal, it has increased as compared to when I was taking kali phos.
2. No change in acne.Again a few pimples have cropped up.
3. Visit the loo fewer times.
4.I did not observe any change in any mental symptom.
As a whole, I did not observe any drastic or prominent change in any symptom. The above changes reported may or may not be the effects of the medicine.

finished taking kali phos for a week now..Here are some of the changes.
1.) Acne has increased a lot yet again.
2.) I can stay awake longer..like around 12a.m. but then have difficulty in waking up in the morning. Sleep is deep and dreamless.
3.)mentally calm. mood swings have decreased a lot.
4.) concentration better.
no other prominent changes.

nothing sir..i did not take any homeopathic medicines...But I was suffering from chest infection and that is why I had been taking antibiotics ( cefpodoxime ).
