I am happy and optimistic...but I tend to get extremely excited at times due to no reason whatsoever. I have a strong family history of bipolar disorder and depression. Hands and feet cold throughout the day.Catch cold often.Have difficulty in concentrating at a particular subject. Attention span is very small. Hypersomnia. I have difficulty in getting up in the morning even after 10 hrs of sleep.

I don't feel thirsty though I drink very little water.
I don't feel cold inside my body or anywhere except my hands and feet. Right now I'd say my hands are about 6 degrees less than my body temp. Hands refers to just before the wrist joint. Then my feet are also cold throughout the day. Except my hands and feet I am not feeling cold anywhere in my body.
Burning/ pain in the acne on my face.
Mucous discharge through nose on most days though I am not suffering from any disease right now.
I am going to the loo 3 times a day...No problem with constipation. Normal stools.

1. WHen I am talking with my father on a topic, I suddenly get extremely excited. I may hold him tightly and start replying loudly in I different tone..Like I can't explain in properly..its like depersonalization. Like the person I am talking to will think that I am insane and that he is talking to a different person. I behave weirdly at times. I cannot explain this. Other people cannot guess what I am going to do the next moment and neither can I.
I change my decisions very quickly..

I am feeling more energetic and focused.
Concentration along with attention span has improved.
I am happy with how I spent yesterday. Made full use of the 24 hrs I had.
I had difficulty in sleeping yesterday even after studying till 1 a.m. and also hitting the gym in the evening. This is extremely unusual.
No noticeable change in the swelling though it feels a bit smaller.
Anger is quite less and I am in an optimistic frame of mind.

List of changes which I have observed.
I donot feel cold anymore.Its quite cold here nowadays but the cold feeling in the hands and feet has gone.
Sleep requirement has gone down. Now I donot feel tired on getting up in the morning.
More focus and better concentration.
Mood swings have gone down.
Acne has increased a lot.Quite painful.
I did not observe any other change.

Sir, i use benzoyl peroxide cream 10% ( max strength available ) for acne.Even then I usually have around 2 white heads on an average. But in the past week acne had increased a lot( 8-10 ) white heads. White puss filled heads. Base is red. These are quite painful and hurt a lot. Acne on head, cheeks, even neck. Today the no. of pimples have decreased.
