Give him Kali Phos 3x (bio chemic medicine) and Natrum Phos 6x (bio chemic medicine), 3 tablets of each, taken alternately, with a gap of 2 hours between doses.

Nearly 4 doses of each in a day.

Report back after 3 weeks.
