Giddiness, fatigue after meals

I am diabetic and hypertensive. I am on medication. But for the past few months, I feel giddiness and fatigue after taking breakfast. Then now with every meal, I feel the same. During these times, I checked my BP which is normal 130/90 (as it used to be always) and no rise or fall in blood sugar. The giddiness lasts for 15 to 30 minutes and goes away. Kindly advise me if there is any medication available in Homeopathy for this illness. Thank you.
