warts

I have one wart on the bottom of my foot. It turns white when wet. I also have one wart on my labia (I think that's what it is). I have been using thuja for about 2 weeks now and nothing has happened; however I have had 2 vaccines of the gardisil vaccine. Will the homeopathic remedies work if I have taken this vaccine? I took this vaccine 2 years ago. I have been on homeopathic remedies for a about 1.5 years.
Please let me know if I can be cured!!!!
