Dr Kadwa, please - Calc Carb follow-up Page 4 of 4

Hi Dr. Kadwa, I was feeling pretty awful and I ended up taking a dose of Sepia 200c (after using the Remedy Finder) before hearing back. I don't feel as angry but kind of tossed and turned last night and have a headache. Should I still take the Lyco 30c? Will that automatically cancel out the Sepia or do I need to antidote that first? Thanks!

I did take the dose of Lycopodium 30c. Still having trouble sleeping, constipated, my skin is horrible and I feel like I am about to burst out crying at all the time (I don't though). I take everything personally or to heart and I feel like no one cares much for me, because I am boring and have not much going for me or something. . I don't really feel like making the herculian effort to open up to people. I am too tired for that, and too emotionally drained. I am tired of everything in my life going badly for me and my family.
I really have no hope for a better future and I just feel like ending it all, the stress in my life has far exceeded my ability to cope.

I really do appreciate all your help during this time. I made another thread when I didn't here back right away and was feeling very hopeless. I appreciate all you have done to help me, I know it has made a difference, I just think maybe I am too messed up for it to have made the most difference it could.
