Acne
My daughter is 24, unmarried. She has severe acne problem which bother her a lot. I have heard about Arnica 6c, Arnica 30C, Graphite and many others. We are totally confused what to use. Can any one help?zahidy1 on 2011-05-06

I note that you have referred to the Arnica therapy that I pioneered for Acne and shall copy my default therapy below:
The remedy I prescribe which has helped many is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily and also applied directly on the lesions as often as is possible.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
If this is not available the Dry dose in pellets may be use but this is not as effective as the remedy in the original Ethanol pack
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle or 5 Pellets and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

A remedy must be selected on the whole case, not just the name of one problem. There are thousands of homoeopathic remedies, each one with its own uses, its own character. In order to select a remedy that will help, a full description of ALL her problems needs to be given, and a single remedy prescribed. This should (if correct) improve all those major problems, starting with the ones that are most serious.
