Then 12, one dose a day, for up to 5 days maximum, using the Split Dose method.

Sorry for my ignorance.
Does the water that i am mixing the remedy with in the dropper and when taking the remedy in a cup need to be mineral water?or can it just be tap water?
I understand that there should be 30min gap between taking homeopathic remedies and allopathic remedies and the same would be said for food.Is there anything else I be should careful about?

Any water is fine for making the daily dose.
There does not need to be a gap of any sort - food and allopathy does not operate on the same level as homoeopathic medicines.
Homoeopathy is quite powerful. Very few things can throw off a well selected remedy. Just keep things in your life the same until we see changes happening.

Well thank you for clearing that up for me I honestly a thought there needed to be a gap of 30mins between taking an homeopathic remedy and allopathic remedy.
Furthermore I always thought that after having an homeopathic remedy u cant consume anything for 30mins.
My update is Ive taken the remedy for 2 days now and at the moment I have noted no difference,I completely understand the effect of the remedy wont happen over night especially with the deep and long history of my illnesses.
I have to continue to be patient and hopefully we should see some changes soon.

I have a lot of confidence in the remedy, which is why I asked you to get multiple potencies of it. However we will need to find the right dosage, potency, frequency and so on to get enough out of the remedy. That will just take some patience.
We can assess the response after a week or so for the 12c. Sometimes too low a potency will do nothing, whereas the higher potencies will be much more impressive.

I would also like to inform you that I have completed my anti-biotic course for my rhinitis/nasal condition.
I began this 2 days before i started the homeopathic remedy,the name of the anti-biotic is Vibrox capsules.
I am still taking the 12c homeopathic dose.

Would like you me to continue with the 12c dose or increase to the 30c dose.
My condition is exactly the same as before.
Still sneezing,eyes watery,blocked nose,post nasal drip,very stringy nasal cattrah,alot of cattrah passing through my throat going in to the chest area and this is having an impact on my breathing.Every breath im taking its through the mouth and not the nose.

I also visited the GP yesterday.once again i have been prescribed prednisilone steroids for my asthma due to the shortness of breath which is caused by my rhinitis.
He has also recommended that i have my sinus washed.

Continue each day then, we are looking for the reaction that starts the process of cure. I would say get to 7 doses and stop, we can reassess at that point.
However, I would change the dosage slightly. Hit the bottle an extra 2 times each time you redose now. So 4 times, then 6 times, then 8 times etc.
I would also reduce the amount of water down to 1/4 cup.

Forgive me for my lack of understanding.
I will continue with the 30c dose for another 7 days?
However from tomorrow onwards I need to hit the bottle an extra 2 times every time I re-dose now.
By the time i arrive to the 7th day i should be hitting the bottle 14times?

You have already taken 3 doses, so now I want you to continue until you reach 7 doses (so 4 more days).
Assuming there is no reaction by the 7th dose, you will have hit the bottle 10 times on that last dose.
If there is a reaction then you will stop. Check with me if you are unsure if a reaction you are having is a result of the remedy before going on with the next dose.

I am hoping for a reaction. When there is a lot of medical suppression in a case you have to overcome that with frequency of dosing.
The reaction must come if there is going to be any cure. However, potency has to be correct as well, so once again after this we may move up to 200c to try and get that reaction.

The rhinitis is the same as before and so at the moment I haven't felt anything worse or better.
My chest is slightly tight as I feel restriction in my lungs but im not sure if this is to do with the remedy as i feel like this every time the weather changes.
The temp here has dropped quite a bit,its more or less around 4 degrees centigrade at certain times and this does have a impact on me.
