Hello Doc.
On asking patient she updated me that she was not able to find arsenicum 0/2 and was taking previous remedy.
She is seeing some rashes on her body.
She will be able to get arsenicum 0/2 remedy in other 3-4 days.
Shall she continue taking previous suggested remedy or discontinue.
pls suggest.

Started taking Arsenicum0/2 LM , 1 spoon and 1/2 ayurvedic medicine on daily basis since 2 days.

She is taking arsenicum album 0/2 LM 1 spoon and 1/2 amount of ayurvedic medicine daily.
She feels fine except when she get up after sleep.During this time she has cold.

only change she observed was after takin arsenicum 1 LM , she started having rashes on her body which stopped after arsenicum 0/2.

It's not enough. I would have expected something more than this - how many days on the 0/2?
I think I will need to reassess the case - I am not sure if the ayurvedic medicine is blocking or not, but I still would have thought there would be more conflict between the remedy and the other medicine.

Since last 4 days she is taking this remedy.
So doc. shall I ask her to stop ayurvedic medicine and see what happens.
and if attacked by bad cold she can take ayurvedic medicine and this is how it will be more clear how good arsenicum 0/2 is for her.

The aryuvedic medicine is causing her great harm, but she is now an addict and probably cannot just stop it. It is a very difficult situation.
If she feels no different on Arsenicum I will look at a new remedy, but keep her on it for the moment. Let me know if while I am considering what to do, anything changes.

One more thing she says is slight difference in hairfall, but she cannot confirm if that is due to arsenicum or due to end of rainy season.
Rest she says no other change she is able to report say with repect to hands , sciatica(she gos for a walk and is fine with that).

New.They appeared before when shr took arsenicum 1 LM and dried the day she stpped taking it.

Get hold of Sanguinarinum nitricum 30c. Give daily doses as you did with the Arsenicum but only for 5 days maximum.

She has taken 3 doses.
I happen to see her hairfall, its tremedous and I could see very very less hair left on her head.The hairfall is very much and while she was combing I saw many many broken hair in her hand.
I am worried if this continues , she will not be left with hair in few months

Hello Doc.
After taking 3 doses , she ried not to take ayurvedic medicine and I could see her condition was very very bad.She started sneezing badly and had to take ayurvedic medicine , double the normal dose.ALon with this she has to take a glass of hotmilk with sugar though she is a sugar patient.Its only after taking double the amount of normal dose of ayurvedic medicine and some rich food , say milk + sugar or milk fat helps her in getting back to normal

Yes she is addicted to it. It is not surprising. To withdraw will be very painful and I am sure she does not wish to do it.
She may be aggravating at the moment. If she is taking double her medicine then she is suppressing the effects of the remedy and my never be cured. This is a very difficult situation.
She was to keep her medicine the same, no changes. We were only reducing the medicine while on the Arsenicum, to see how well that remedy was working. In doing it now, there will be confusion as to whether the remedy aggravated her or the withdrawal of the other medicine did.

right from the day she started arsenicum, she reduced arsenicum medicine to half and felt OK.It was yesterday only when she thought of stopping ayurvedic medicine and did not take ayurvedic med.At night I started feeling a little bit of cold ,though temprature is on warmer side.After half an hour she started sneezing continously and then little feeling of headache and sour throat.These being old symptoms she understood that this will lead to fever , so she took half dose.The symptoms like sneezing reduced but did not stop.I had to take remaining half dose .The symptoms then disappeared in 5 mins and she was normal.Other wise on daily basis , she is taking half the dose.
In the process of stopping ayurvedic medicine since the time homeo treatment has started but because of constant fever and sneezing,she has to restart.Pls advice if she should continue half dose on daily basis as she is keeping ok with that as well, if taken on time i.e. before sneezing syptoms come into picture.
