8 month old with eczema behind knees

Hi, I was hopeing to get your opinion on what would be the best remedy for my babies eczema. She has developed eczema behind her knees in the last couple of months (around the same time that solids were introduced). Her left knee is worse, the right one is very slightly affected. The skin is red and inflamed, scaley and weeping slightly, which then crystalizes, which gets worse if I don't apply the paw paw ointment I have.

She has an olive complection, and is reasonably thin. She has just got her first tooth at 8 and a half months.

She started crawling at 6 months, and is already cruising around the furniture, and has started pushing things along to assist her walking.

She is very clingy to me, even more so than her father, but will go to him if I am not around. She does not like to be put down, and cries if you are not careful to distract her, she would prefer for me to pick her up all the time, hates being layed down to change her nappy, she screams in anger then.

Quite often if she is crying she will continue until she is given to me or I pick her up, at which time she stops completely, even though it sounded like she was extremely upset.

She has some patches of cradle cap too, which are almost brown in colour and quite moist.

She was a dream for the first 3 months of life where she would just fall asleep on her own if she was tired, and sleep for up to 8 hours at night, but since my oldest has gone to school she has not slept well, with most nights waking up every 3 hours.

I hope this gives a decent picture of her symptoms and can help with a good diagnosis.
Thanks
Kind regards,

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I shall copy my default therapy for Eczema below:

The remedy for Eczema is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid Dilution in Alcohol in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy or 5 pellets into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Take a capful of the remedy water twice daily and also apply the water on your lesions as often as possible.

You should observe some improvement in your condition on about the third day into this therapy.

Please report your response on the third day.

It is understood that you will not take any other drug while using the Arnica therapy.

The above dosage is for adults but for your baby let us start by applying the remedy water from the bottle on her lesions for a few days as often as is possible and observe if this therapy alone can help her.

If it does not we will have to give her a few drops, say 10 drops of the remedy water from the bottle after succussing it twice daily.
