Sir, I recollect that a retired officer, who has developed interest in homeopathy and practice it, had, about 6 months ago, had given me Spigelia-30, which I had taken for one or two days and may be some relief was there.

Although I myself cured some patients yet cannot find any solution of my own problems. I am always confused about the potency of a medicine. My mind always start thinking. A feeling of jealousy and confusion is very dominant. I got little relief from some of the medicines, but not permanent. These remedies are Aloe-30, Nux-Mosch.6, Spigelia-30. I cannot read the newspaper, may be due to hurry or anxiety or even a letter in the office, I go by these in a second. I have never read a full news in the newspaper, only headings. My symptoms match to the remedies - Phos., Staphysagaria, Lachesis and Graphites. But confusion and anxiety has made me indecisive. After reading your various posts in different cases, especially in 'fighting cases', I acknowledge you as a very humble and generous person, although don't know you. I am very affectionate and peace loving person, but my headache has made me irritating and frustating person. Even the children in our family remain scared from me. I also have the problem that I cannot express my feelings in a proper way. Thanks Nikkie, thank you very much. Hope, well-wishers like Dr.Nawaz and you will make me headache-free person, definitely, for which my wait has become endless.

I recollect that Phos.Acid.6, which I had taken, several months ago, had given me some cheer and relief, but I couldn't continue it property, due to lack of knowledge. This is for information only. The medicine points out very strongly towards some of my prominent symptoms. I would request Dr.Nawaz to please see. I have started the medicine Lach.200 today.

I feel totally restless, nervous and exhausted throughout the day. Last night, I watched the cricket match till 12 midnight and slept at about 1 a.m. and got up at 8 a.m. But feeling that not a single minute sleep was there. You may imagine the condition, Sir. I sleep for minimum 7 hours and even 8 to 10 hours daily, but feel totally tired, restless, nervous. I can never take a short nap of 15 minutes or 30 minutes. After lying down, it takes from one to two or three hours to sleep. Alright, but I sleep for sufficient number of hours. My eyes look sleepy, as if not slept for whole night. Feeling very restless, Sir.

No relief, Sir. Its forth day Sir. I am taking Lach.200, as prescribed by you. But no signs of improvement.

Sir, today morning I was looking for the medicines available with me, which I had taken in the past. Sir, Lachesis-200 was one of them. I had taken it a few months ago. No relief is noticed, Sir.

Sir, I am disturbing you a lot due to severe headache, restlessness, etc. Sir, headache is worse, no desire to talk to anyone, great difficulty in performing official duties, body aches all over.

Sir, as I mentioned in my previous posts about restless sleep. I am giving more details about my sleep. It takes about an hour or two after going to bed to sleep. I sleep for about 8 hours (during office days) and even 9 to 10 hours (during off-days - Saturday & Sunday). Great difficulty in waking up. I wake up late. Also, I wake up as frightened/terrified. Although I feel sleepy all the day with yawning but after going to bed, sleep is far far away and takes too much time. One incident also to quote, Sir. I was travelling in train about 15-16 years ago. A lady was sleeping in front of my berth. The train slowed down at a place and a person (from outside the train) snatched the ear-ring of that woman and I woke up as terrified and could not sleep for whole night. Sir, sorry for disturbing you time and again, but, Sir, having great restlessness. Hope you will not mind.

Instead of any improvement, the problem is worsening, Sir. Today is one of the worst days as far as my condition is concerned. Yesterday I went to bed at about 10.30 p.m. but could not sleep till about 3 a.m. Today I was totally restless due to sleep. While in the office, I was waiting for the evening to go home and sleep. Trying to sleep since evening, but could not sleep till now (1.30 a.m.), whereas till 4-5 days ago, it took about an hour for me to sleep. Sir, the other symptoms are secondary and have been developed due to this restless sleep. Sir, please see if my sleep can be better, all the other problems, including headache, will be solved automatically.
