I also observed this discomfort while taking tea today, as it was hot, creating some pain and discomfort.

Sir, the taste of my mouth almost remains bitter. Headache is as usual, Sir.
Yesterday, it was little bit high, but today feeling little better (not exaggerated).
More details - Sir, when I get up in the morning, head feels tired with tightness in both temples. More or less, it depends on my quality of sleep (which is always restless), I think so. Feeling of heaviness in the entire head (including nape of neck). This seems very unusal, Sir, that after sleeping for sufficient number of hours, I feel tired and restless. Sir, as already explained, one more thing - I also feel discomfort with my nose, which remains blocked, especially when lying down and adds difficulty in getting to sleep. Although I had undergone a surgery for sinusitis, which did not prove of any effect. My nose remains blocked. Sinusitis was also confirmed in the CT scan report of the head. Had consulted ENT specialist, who confirmed that this was not the reasons for restless sleep and headache, as it was not so chronic.
Sir, when I perform some literary work, I find myself incapable, due to tiredness/restlessness/numbness of my brain. Although I start my day with a feeling of tiredness, little mental effort makes me more tired.
